• Hi everyone, there are some developments regarding customers in Russia and Kazachstan. We have invalidated all licenses issued after 16 December. If you receive emails from customers that had access to a Perpetual license which was issued before 16 december, please assign those tickets to me.

• Some of the countries above are not under sanctions perse. Not sure why we made the decision in the past to put them there but it's probably related to historic affiliation with Russia. Nevertheless, Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan are under no official sanctions and in our replies we should say: thanks for your interest in Lumion but we are currently not doing any business in your region // hope something will change in the future.
